How We Work
The easiest way to contact us is via email or telephone.
We are based in Camberley, Surrey
and are also happy to visit anywhere within a ten mile radius if needed.
It's usually best to give us a call first so that we can explain how everything works and what we will need from you.

Normally, this is the running order of the service and photographs.
Once we have put everything together we will email you a link that will allow you to open and view the proof of the Order of Service online.
This will also be sent to both the funeral director and whomever is taking the service so that everybody is kept in the loop.
This allows everyone to check that all is correct - we will email as many proofs as needed until you are happy for us to go ahead and print.
Once approved, your order will then be printed and hand delivered to your place of choice.
Announcement Cards
Once you have arranged the date and time of the funeral you will need to let people know
the details as soon as you can. Announcement cards are the perfect way to easily do this.

All of our orders of service are designed individually for you and with you to ensure that you have something personal to share with family and friends forever.

Sometimes it is impossible for you to be able to directly speak to and thank all those who have attended the funeral on the day.
Attendance cards are handed to each person as they arrive and can be filled in with their name before being handed back at the end of the service.
This allows you to take the cards home with you and personally thank everyone in your own time and at a later date.

Memorial Cards and Bookmarks
Memorial cards and bookmarks provide you with a lasting memento. Usually including a photo of your loved one, along with a poem,
verse or personal message, these are perfect to carry around as a keepsake or to give as a small reminder to family and friends.

After the funeral, a perfect way to show your gratitude to those who have given you and your family kindness and support is to
send a thank you card. As with our other services, all our cards are designed from scratch so you end up with something
personal that says what you want it to say. It needn’t be complicated; all you need is a simple sentence or two.
